Dr. Mark Lamet, MD, is a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist. He earned his medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine, Stony Brook University-SUNY. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

As a specialist in gastroenterology, Dr. Mark Lamet is expertly trained to diagnose and treat acute and chronic disorders of the digestive system, which include your esophagus, large intestines, small intestines, stomach as well as, bile ducts, gallbladder, liver, and pancreas. Digestive disorders are his specialty. From heartburn and hemorrhoids to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), pancreatitis, irritable bowel syndrome, and ulcers, Dr. Lamet is trained to perform many procedures, including a biopsy colonoscopy and upper endoscopy needed to diagnose digestive disorders and create an effective treatment plan and make his patients feel better.
